Meet Anil, a Health Evangelist who has been on a mission to transform lives through the power of food. For the past 8 years, Anil has been researching the correlation between food and health.

 

His quest began in 2012 when he saw his own family members suffering from lifestyle diseases, and was disturbed by his mother enduring multiple health issues (including heart surgery) due to prolonged diabetes. Driven by a passion to uncover the fundamental challenges in our present food practices that lead to such diseases, he attended various seminars, lectures, and training programs, and worked with health experts to explore the root causes. During his tireless search, he discovered the transformative power of Millets.

 

Anil has worked on the end-to-end lifecycle of millets, from cultivation and processing to selling and cooking. His goal is to guide 1 million people each year to Migrate to Millets and adopt a healthier way of living through the power of right food.
