Francesco Marelli

Francesco Marelli was born in Italy, raised in the Netherlands, and now lives in Beautiful Bharat since 2014 (in Hyderabad, to be precise!).

He has an M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies, and a B.A. in European Studies with specialisation in international relations and languages.

Though he worked in high profile organizations like the United Nations and Shell International, it was a life-changing experience during a yoga program in 2011 that set him on a trajectory of health & well-being for himself and, by extension & enthusiasm, for others around him.

In 2013, he graduated from the longest full-time teacher training in the world, offered by Isha Foundations’ “ Hatha Yoga School “ in Coimbatore (a training designed by Sadhguru). 

He has been teaching in India and Italy for over a decade. From 2-3 member private classes at peoples’ homes, to 20-30 participant group classes, all the way to sessions with thousands of participants on International Day of Yoga and other occasions. From civilians, to police personnel and Indian Armed Forces. 

After honing his skills for a decade, he is ready to take the world by storm from 2024. onwards with a strong online presence and offering of courses to people all over the world.

This is a LIVE online program with a LIVE teacher (no AI 😉 Also, there will be NO recordings.

A LIVE class, in a committed group setting and with individual attention being given to participants tends to lead to more commitment to daily practice.

Also, you can ask questions which will further ensure you are getting the practices right and benefiting to the fullest extent.

In other words, your enrollment for our classes means an investment in your own well-being.

You will be allowed (once!) to join the next program without additional charges.

MUST

  • You should be on a light stomach (minimum 2.5 hours after a full meal)
  • Phone, tablet or laptop with camera (which should be on during the session if you want your practices to be corrected)
  • All sessions are mandatory
  • No eating or drinking during the class

RECOMMENDED

  • Take a shower. 
  • Best to wear comfortable, light and loose clothing.
  • Sit in a ventilated, bright and calm space. 
  • As it is a live program, in an intimate and committed group setting, the instructor shall have the right to remove any participant from the program for indecent behavior towards fellow participants without any refund.

Yes, this program is designed for people with little to no experience in yoga, but also for those who have already experienced some form of yoga but wish to try a classical approach.

You need about 2m by 2m (6ft by 6ft)

A Zoom link will be shared with you via WhatsApp and email based on the details you shared in the registration form. Please ensure to install the Zoom app on your phone, tablet or laptop.

Mostly it will, as the practices taught here have transformed many people the world over ! However If you are not satisfied with the program, you can apply for a refund within 3 days of completing the program, provided you have attended all the sessions (with camera on) and have actively participated. Only under these conditions will we refund the full amount.
