This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, courses, challenges, workshops, memberships, and digital learning products offered by CoGyan, including:
- Spoken Kannada Challenge
- Level 2 Kannada Programs
- WhatsApp-based learning activities
- Recorded courses and digital content
By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Digital Nature of the Program
All our courses and learning programs are digital products delivered through platforms such as:
- Google Classroom
- Online video platforms
- PDFs, audio lessons, quizzes, and digital materials
Since students receive immediate or early access to digital learning content, refunds are limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Technical issue from our side preventing access to the program
- Wrong amount charged due to payment error
Eligible refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Lack of time to attend the course
- Failure to participate in WhatsApp activities or exercises
- Dissatisfaction due to personal learning preferences
- Partial usage/access of course materials
- Missed live sessions
- Failure to complete the course
- Offers, discounted programs, promotional pricing, or limited-time sales
Once course access, WhatsApp materials, recordings, PDFs, or digital resources are shared, the payment becomes non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Students may discontinue participation at any time. However:
- Cancellation does not make the student eligible for a refund.
- Access to paid content may continue for the duration specified during enrollment.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited back through the original payment method whenever possible
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a user initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after accessing course materials or participating in the program, CoGyan reserves the right to:
- Suspend course access
- Restrict future enrollments
- Submit proof of course delivery and participation to the payment provider
