No prior experience is necessary! This course is designed for complete beginners

Absolutely! Our step-by-step approach and expert instruction are designed to help you master the 3-ball cascade (basic juggling) within the 2-day online course. Your commitment to Practice in between the 2 sessions is important.

No worries! Our instructor will be available throughout the course to answer your questions and provide guidance. We will have LIVE follow up / support sessions which you can attend for free

Absolutely! The course fee covers both our expert instruction and eco-friendly juggling balls delivered directly to you. This way, you can skip the shopping hassle and dive right into the fun of juggling from the comfort of your home!

We’ll send you eco-friendly juggling balls made from sustainable materials, perfect for learning and practicing at home / office. 

We strongly recommend against using regular sports balls or kids’ balls for juggling. Here’s why:

Sports balls and kids’ balls tend to bounce when dropped, which can be frustrating for beginners. The constant chase after bouncing balls disrupts practice flow and hinders learning . Makes you unnecessarily tired 


We recommend using beginner-friendly professional juggling balls. (which we will anyway provide with as part of the class)

These balls are specifically designed for juggling with the following key features:

Non-bouncy: They are designed to minimize bouncing, ensuring the balls land predictably after throws for easier catches. Offering a good grip for throws and catches, reducing fumbles. They are the right weight ( not too heavy nor too light)  for ease of control and are comfortable to handle during practice sessions.

Juggling offers a range of benefits, including improved hand-eye coordination, and a sense of accomplishment. It’s a fun and engaging way to challenge your mind and body! 

Juggling also stimulates the brain as it creates new neural pathways. This can potentially help slow cognitive decline associated with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and improve overall memory and focus for people of all ages.

The rhythmic motions of juggling have a calming effect, reducing stress hormones and anxiety. It can be a form of mindfulness meditation, promoting relaxation and emotional well-being.  

Live Session instruction & group practice.  2 day gap is for you to practice independently to build Muscle Memory.

  • We will focus on 3 ball Cascade Juggling (basic 3 ball juggling ). Which is proven to have mental & pschological benefits  
  • This is the foundation. Once you learn this, you can easily add more tricks and keep building up
